For the new Herb Pharm website, our task was not only to apply a fresh, modern look-and-feel to the e-commerce experience, but also to inspire and educate both first time herbalists to old time hippies who want to purchase and use natural herbal medicine. Grady Britton helped Herb Pharm succeed in the increasingly commoditized, algorithm-driven e-commerce world by providing a seamless shopping experience.
